  • Original tags and packaging are attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is provided.

S&S MART reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Undergarments or personal wear items

  • Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after purchase

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
